Hillpointe delivers 786 new multifamily units at Pointe Grand Columbia (Columbia MSA), Pointe Grand on Main (Jacksonville MSA), Pointe Grand at Heath Brook (Ocala MSA). Hillpointe believes that there is an extreme supply/demand imbalance for attainable housing in the U.S. We think, on a 10-year view, the U.S. is still not producing enough housing, particularly attainable housing, to meet demand. Furthermore, because of reduced project starts over the past year, we expect that new unit deliveries will contract sharply in 2026 and 2027. With our fully integrated development model that allows us to control costs, pencil new development opportunities to a projected unlevered yield on cost of +/- 8%, and secure financing where others are unable, we are increasingly excited about the emerging landscape for current projects.
