Land use attorney Abigail Pearl DeWeese was quoted in the Seattle Times regarding the Seattle City Council's legislation on converting office space to residential use. It is Homestead Community Land Trust's first multi-unit affordable homeownership project in Tukwila and the first affordable homeownership development in the United States to be co-certified Salmon-Safe and Zero Energy through the International Living Futures Institute.
