Highmark Wholecare donated $50,000 to East End Cooperative Ministry and held a farmers market on their campus Thursday. The donation to EECM will help the nonprofit in their mission to change the lives of people facing the impacts of poverty. During the farmers market, more than 7,000 pounds of fresh produce from the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank was distributed, the most ever given out at a Highmark Wholecare farmers market.

Jennifer Rogers, vice president, Long-Term Services and Supports, Highmark Wholecare, spoke during Inglis' 2024 Opening Doors Together conference in Harrisburg recently. We were happy to support the event that brought together nearly 200 legislators, self-advocates, and other thought leaders within the human services industry. Inglis is a great organization focused on helping people with disabilities — and those who care for them — to achieve their goals and live life to the fullest.

Our team members recently volunteered with The Education Partnership. The nonprofit supports teachers in over 200 school districts in Western Pa. by providing supplies and crafts. It was great to support TEP and our teachers!
