Please join us in recognizing Nathan Reyes for an excellent job of living the HGA Core Values of Teamwork and Excellence! Nathan is a Mechanical/Piping Designer located in The Woodlands, TX office. Recently, he was onsite at one of our client’s facilities to perform a field walkdown of action items captured on redlined Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) during a Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP). During the site visit, It quickly became apparent that the redlined P&IDs did not align well with what was in the field. It took significant work and know how to decipher exactly what was going on in the field vs. the information in hand. Nathan worked side by side with the client's project manager to gather the necessary information to complete the assigned scope of work. In his time on site working with the client he exhibited each of our core values. Excellent job living our core values, Nathan. Keep up the great work!

Chang Chun Arizona (CCAZ) recently held a topping-out ceremony for its new high-quality electronic-grade chemical manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, Arizona. Team members from HGA, CCAZ, and other trade partners signed the beam before it was raised to the top of the new structure. HGA has been awarded a contract from Chang Chun Group to deliver Project Management Contract (PMC) services. As PMC contractor, HGA is committed to supporting project management, contract & commercial support, schedule review, and construction management, as well as early work design and overall design management. Once completed, this facility will play a crucial role in the supply chain for the ongoing expansion of semiconductor manufacturing in Arizona. This will support the United States in achieving its goal of developing advanced semiconductor manufacturing capabilities domestically.
