After over twenty years with the preeminent transportation law firm in the nation, Craig set out on his own to represent carriers, brokers, warehouses, select shippers and others in the transportation industry on cargo claims, freight charge disputes, contract issues (traditional transportation contracts, technology contracts, etc.), collections, mitigation of customer bankruptcy issues (first day motions, critical vendor orders, preference claims, and strategies for pre-bankruptcy risk mitigation) and business disputes and litigation. We are a growing, predominantly remote, low overhead law firm - designed to put our clients first and provide exemplary customer service. We can't wait to hear from you!

    Update: Rule passed. Summary and full rule in comments. Effective 120 days after publication if not paused via court action. At its 2pm meeting today, the FTC is expected to vote to publish and approve a final rule on covenants not to compete. Will it look like the draft rule and ban them almost entirely (except in the sale of a business by a 25%+ owner)? Has the agency changed its view during the comment period? Will the rule, if published, be immediately challenged in court? Link to the FTC meeting information and livestream is below.
