OpenCity, the Voice AI technology platform behind #Tori, proudly unveils the appointment of Yi Chen as CEO and Board Member, commencing March 4, 2024. Yi Chen steps into the role of CEO, succeeding Nicholas Belsito, who has guided the company as Founder/CEO since 2016, steering OpenCity through a remarkable era of product innovation. Nick Belsito will maintain an advisory role and continue to serve on the Board of Directors. Chen played a pivotal role as the second employee at Toast, contributing significantly to its growth by overseeing customer success and product management in its early stages.
