Older people are the fastest-growing age demographic in the workplace. In fact, older workers will represent a quarter of the global workforce by 2031. Despite their loyalty and high engagement, many workers ages 50 and older feel undervalued in the workplace and face challenges such as age discrimination, retirement stress, and lack of support for age-related conditions such as menopause. Join the Health Action Alliance on Tuesday, Sept. 10 at 2 p.m. ET for our National Employer Summit on the Aging Workforce, where business leaders and experts will share practical ways to create inclusive, productive work environments that meet the needs of employees at every stage of their careers, ensuring a resilient and thriving workforce. RSVP today: https://lnkd.in/g64gHRZv This summit is hosted by the Health Action Alliance and presented by AARP, with additional support from Pfizer.
