Last Friday, I had the incredible opportunity to dive deep into the world of Wagyu with a hands-on training session. We explored the Teres Major, Rack Ribs, and Flat Iron cuts, learning not just about their unique qualities, but also how to cook and sample these elite cuts. Who gets to do that at their job? 😍🔥 Professional development here is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. These last two months since joining Booth Creek Wagyu have been nothing short of amazing. The knowledge, the skills, and the delicious Wagyu - it's all part of the journey!
