The Ward Village team had a great community service day at the 17th Annual Kewalo Basin Park Cleanup. The team participated in the cleanup hosted by Friends of Kewalo in support of their mission of protecting and preserving the park and the surrounding shoreline. The Ward Village team recently participated in three Honolulu Habitat for Humanity ‘build days’ by helping to construct a new home for a local family in Waimānalo. A donation on behalf of Ward Village was presented to support this build and future Habitat projects. Ward Village recently welcomed HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union to ʻAʻaliʻi Shops. This new branch, called The Kakaʻako Financial Center, is part of the company’s new innovative banking concept, featuring Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) that can handle normal banking transactions using a combination of touch screens and video technology.   This location provides the community with a more convenient banking experience and will also offer workshops, events, and more. Thanks to the excitement and support from our community, strong sales across the neighborhood have propelled us to reach $6 billion in total sales at Ward Village.   As reported in the Howard Hughes Holdings Inc.’s Q1 2024 Earning Report, The Park Ward Village is 95% pre-sold. Construction began in mid-January on Kalae, and it’s now 90% pre-sold.
