Join us in welcoming Chloe Johnson, RN, and Hannah Donne, RN, as they start their journey as the medical group’s first nurse residents! As newly graduated RNs, Chloe and Hannah are part of the inaugural class of our Nurse Residency Program. This program is meticulously designed to support their transition from academia to professional nursing practice. Over 12 months, they will be immersed in hands-on learning experiences and professional development opportunities, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. We are excited to see Chloe and Hannah flourish and make a positive impact in our medical group!

On March 6, 2024, professionals from across Connecticut gathered for the University of Connecticut’s annual networking workshop. The “speed-dating” style event offered first-year business students the opportunity to practice their networking skills and receive real-time feedback. Among the guests was our very own East Region Primary Care Director, Stephanie Crook, who shares, “I was pleased to be a part of such a great event. It was an incredible opportunity to connect with students who may not have previously considered healthcare as a career path or had limited exposure to the field and offer insights into the many opportunities within healthcare. Some of the students pursuing healthcare majors showed promise and I look forward to staying in touch with them for future mentorship.” We’re proud to have leaders like Stephanie who continually strive to empower future generations and contribute to bettering our community.
