Building off the foundation of success from our New Officer Academy, the GLC Security Department has completed the first round of our new Veteran Officer Academy! Over the last five weeks, 42 Officers across all shifts have completed this training. Topics covered included: Four Diamond Guest Service, De-escalation techniques, ID Checks (recognition of Borrowed and Counterfeit IDs), & Mental Health Awareness and Response to Mental Health Crisis scenarios.
