    Don't kill the messenger but... AI is replacing people! 😬 Unpopular opinion, but it's true. This quarter's theme at GrowthQ is all about #AI4Sellers, helping ensure sales professionals stay competitive by using AI, rather than becoming obsolete for fearing it. Here at GrowthQ, we've had to get scrappy. In our last Board Meeting, we reported reducing staff by 70% by implementing 7 (now over 11) AI tools that replaced or augmented human work. It's been a game-changer. So...I wanted to share my TOP 8 AI tools that our team uses daily to stay lean and productive. First up... my absolute #1 pick is Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant (This is not a sponsored post FYI) True Story: So my obsession with them started with their incredible Client Success Lead, Kristen Bonaguro, who proactively reached out when I had a problem with a call. I never submitted a ticket... she just reached out because she noticed I had the issue. THEN, when I asked how the heck she sequenced her outreach to me with my problem and how to solve it... proceeded to get on a 30-40-minute call to show me how she set everything up in HubSpot so I could do the same for my business. TALK ABOUT HAVING A CULTURE OF CX!! Kris, you are the real MVP From then on I was hooked. Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant has been my meeting assistant for over 12 months since that support call. My Favorite Features: 😎 Integrates with your CRM to ensure any conversation you have with any prospect gets automatically populated to that contact and any associated open sales opportunities. 😎 10 minutes before any call with a contact in your CRM, a mini-window pops up in the top right-hand side of your screen with the open opportunities associated with that contact, a handy LinkedIn link for that contact, and any other attendee on in the meeting, the last time you met along with the subject of the call 😎 And my absolute fav NEWEST feature: Transforms meeting transcripts you've had with prospects into your preferred sales methodology, like MEDDPICC or BANT. Yup, you pick, fathom transforms it... even linking the recording timestamp to the summary so you can go RIGHT to where the customer shared that insight. Richard White, never stop!!!
