Congratulations to our most recent U.S. citizens! GLCAC’s Director of Workforce Development-Adult Learning and Financial Empowerment Esther Albuquerque was a special guest invited by the local USCIS office in Lawrence to an Oath Ceremony where over 105 new citizens received their naturalization certificates. In her speech, she congratulated the new citizens, wished them the best, and promoted the services of our agency to the event attendees.
