Join Ben and Brian for the first two days in August and let’s add some rocket fuel to your firm.
If you’ve been thinking about attending, this is the weekend to pull the trigger. Tired of one-size-fits-all advice? Suffering from a Shiny Object Fatigue? Giving your team whiplash every time you come home from a conference? If you run a solo or small practice doing between $400k-$999k, let’s work together to craft the specific approach tailored to your needs. More details at www.glmbootcamp.com Code good through Sunday midnight. Hope to see you there.
Ready to radically transform your firm? We are bringing back our most popular event Who Should Attend: Law firm owners doing less than $1M in revenue per year who want to break that barrier so that they can create more freedom in their lives by hiring team members to operate the parts of the business they don't love. What We Are Teaching: Three things. First, this event will be a crash course in all of the DIY or low cost things you can tweak in your marketing to gain the edge. At <$1M, you likely don't have the advertising budget or time capacity or marketing director to keep up with all of the digital Shiny Objects that are out there. We're going to show you how to effectively run your marketing in house in a way that turns your website and GMB profile into an asset that produces money rather than a liability you have to write a check to a vendor for each month. Second, we're going to dial in the financial formula for your firm and identify weak spots. Maybe it's case size, maybe leadflow, maybe intake. We'll help you use data to figure out where the cases are coming from, how much they cost to acquire, and how you can move them faster. Third, we're going to plug the holes in your bucket. Are you bleeding at the front desk? Do you have a website that people come to but don't convert one? We'll figure out the problem and help you solve it. How is this Event Different: We're capping the event at 25 law firms so that you can get the individual attention you need and because we want everyone in the room to be solving the same problem: How do I break seven figures? This will be an intimate event with group work and mini-masterminds built in. How to Prepare: We'll send you everything you need to get ready for this event, including a pre-boot camp assessment of your numbers and a "how to make the most of your time here" pre-call with Ben & Brian. Plan to arrive on July 31. We'll start at 9AM August 1. Event formally ends at noon on Friday, but there is almost always spillover discussion. If you're flying, plan to leave late Friday afternoon or on Saturday.
Thank you for your insight, Loyd. Anyone who is a member of GLM understands the sheer value in being a part of The Tribe. Our tools and information are absolutely fantastic, but the amazing tribe of lawyers we have as members are on a completely different level. They will celebrate your wins, help you learn from your losses, and elevate both you and your practice so you can better service your family and your community. For those of you still looking for your tribe, we have a spot for you over here: www.theglmtribe.com
First day back in the office after a great week in Orlando, first with our mastermind group and then at the Great Legal Marketing, LLC summit. The content in the meetings and from the stage was great, as usual. However, the greatest benefit was in the deep conversations held during breaks, meals, and maybe a few evening drinks with the amazing people we’ve connecting with thanks to this organization. Conversations about life, goals, practice management, leadership, marketing, family, parenting, resources, relationships, successes, and failures. The generosity, support, and vulnerability of the members of this group lead to conversations that are rarely held other places. Now begins the true work of figuring out our priorities and how the ideas and revelations from the past week can be implemented into our firm and our lives to benefit our team, our clients, and our own personal development. If you ask our members "What is GLM to you?" you'll get a response very similar to the one shown here from Steven Goldstein. You'll usually hear an answer that's all about the tribe - the community of lawyers who are fantastic at what they do and love to help each other. If you're looking for a tribe where you can be vulnerable and connect with others who want to see you succeed, head to www.theglmtribe.com and become a GLM Tribe member today.
Thanks for joining us, Edward! There's nothing quite like putting yourself in a room full of experts that challenge the status quo and share their success with others.
