Simply WOW. Another whirlwind week in the US 🇺🇸 From landing in snow at Salt Lake City to golfing in beautiful sunshine in the snow-topped mountains above Lehi, we’ve experienced 4 seasons in 1 day, everyday! The key highlights of this leg of the tour for me were: 1. Working in close partnership with our friends at Gobi Insights and Partner Philosophy. Special thanks to Rob Marriott Ben Bingham Colt Passey Dave Siembieda and Brian Brown. 2. Checking in with our valued existing clients in Utah - special thanks to Vic Smith and team at doTERRA International LLC - thoroughly enjoyed your company. 3. And building new business relationships with some great organisations across the State - a special thanks to Chris Salisbury and Colleen Ferrier for the private tour of the incredible Legends Motor Co and Strap Tank Brewery. The Speak Easy bar, private theatre, restaurant and Harley museum was a breathtaking venue, and a must see for anyone in Utah…https://lnkd.in/ewZe5pRu My team and I loved hosting the families of the golfers the evening before the ⛳️ Gratitude Invitational at our bowling event. We met so many nice people 😊. And we’ve already signed up to sponsor next year’s event. I haven’t laughed so much in ages and some of that must be credited to John Lietsch, Tyler Whatcott and Jade at Young Living Essential Oils who carried me around Thanksgiving Point ⛳️ One memory I’ll never tire of is driving up and down the highway between SLC and Provo with the stunning mountain range backdrop and blue skies (a stark contrast to the M25 on a drizzly Monday morning commute). As I head off home to Blighty, I am taking a moment for quiet reflection on the last 2 weeks and I want to thank our Founder Caspar Hjelmeland for flying in from Oslo and our US CEO Scott Conti for flying across from Boston to support. A great trip to Lehi Utah for the ⛳️ Gratitude Invitational hosted by the guys at Gobi Insights and sponsored by some of the best vendors in the business. These guys put together an amazing guest list of golfers, and from I could tell everyone had a great time. As a supplier company it is always nice to feel that your sponsorship is not only welcomed, but appreciated. Hanna Shea Executive Search was the drink cart sponsor and I had a blast riding around meeting everyone. In times of challenge, struggle, and change like we are witnessing in our industry today it is so rewarding to sit with other industry thought leaders and hear the optimism for the future. I believe now more than ever that to get through this we need to embrace our partners and learn from one another. It was fun to spend time with colleagues from the US Direct Selling Association at the ⛳️ Gratitude Invitational golf tournament in Utah last week. We tried our best to giveaway an off-road vehicle for a hole-in-one on the 17th, but let’s just agree that the cold and wind made it too challenging. Great to see so many fantastic representatives of the direct selling industry. Looking forward to keeping up the communication off the course.
