Granite Recovery Centers has 9 drug rehab facilities across New Hampshire, including our 2 inpatient residential drug rehab programs accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (C.A.R.F.); Green Mountain Treatment Center in Effingham and New Freedom Academy in Canterbury.
