“This is why I’m the person I am today” - Jamie Roy Jamie is the focus of our latest employee spotlight! He achieved sobriety 4 and a half years ago and started working in treatment right after his personal treatment success. Jamie started with Granite Recovery Centers in May 2021 and worked there for two years. He graciously came to GMTC to help out last May during pressing needs and fell in love with our facility, team, clients and overall processes. There was an opportunity for a site-to-site transfer and as Jamie says, "The rest is history.” During his time away from Green Mountain Treatment Center, Jamie likes to keep up the house, attend meetings, golf, and of course spend time with his three beautiful daughters and his wonderful girlfriend. The focus of our latest Employee Spotlight shines on Robert Arnold, Director of the 12-Step at Green Mountain Treatment Center. A part of GMTC since 2017, Robert transitioned to Recovery Support Specialist in 2020. Through his hard work and professionalism, Robert has proven to be a tremendous guide for those seeking a path to recovery. “Miracles happen here,” says Robert, “I can’t imagine working anywhere else.” Robert says he discovered the strength of faith at Green Mountain, and shares that with our clients.
