A few years ago Mark noticed that his customers would often have issues with finding a place to call when one of their less popular or more random style of heat exchanger went down or needed some work so he set off to create a company that could solve any issue with any heat exchanger and you wouldn’t need ten contacts at ten different companies to do it. We got a call from a good customer about an older unit that was crossing over. We were able to find the holes quickly and get them back in service. If your having plate heat exchanger issues or problems with cross over, consider giving us a call at Graeme Industrial LLC

We just successfully completed the full refurbishment of these three tranter units. The customer sent two units to another company and after multiple dye tests they still couldn’t find the bad plates, that’s when the customer called us. Upon receiving the units, we conducted our own dye test, identified two additional failures, and thoroughly cleaned and pressure tested all three units. We finished up a paper mill plate change this past week. The customer was experiencing some internal cross over. We came out, removed the old plates from this APV/SPX Sr9 unit, installed the new pack, and closed it up. That last picture is of the plates. We will be cleaning them up, dye testing them and installing new gaskets to get them ready for the next unit in line. Overall the refurb cost is significantly lower then new on a unit this size. We just finished up cleaning these Alfa Laval plates. They were covered in build up and the customer didn’t think they would be able to do anything with them.
