About us

Creating possibility for our team members and clients by Intelligently Visualizing the Built World is who we are. Damage Prevention & Data Collection GPRS is in pursuit of a world with 100% subsurface damage prevention. Our 99.8% accuracy rate for ground penetrating radar services (GPR), utility locating services, and concrete scanning services will locate critical targets like utilities, PT cables, rebar, conduits, underground storage tanks (USTs), and more to help keep your project on time, on budget, and safe. Our NASSCO-certified CCTV video pipe inspection & leak detection services find pipe defects, blockages, and leaks with pinpoint accuracy. Data collected from our damage prevention services is visualized in our software product called, SiteMap®. Existing Condition Documentation When record drawings do not match as-built conditions, GCs and facility managers are at risk of avoidable change orders, delays, budget overruns, and even damage or injuries. Let GPRS’ in-house team create an as-built for your project – showing actual existing conditions above or below ground… or both. Our 3D Laser Scanning and 3D Photogrammetry services deliver up-to-date and accurate construction as-builts, existing condition drawings, 2D CAD drawings, 3D BIM models, 3D mesh models, digital twins, point clouds, updated floorplans, and more for construction design, prefabrication, clash detection, facility modifications, and asset management. Facility & Project Management Better manage your job site or facility with our GIS software platform, SiteMap®. SiteMap® allows you to quickly access, view, and share your infrastructure data securely with subcontractors, engineers, and your team. All of your utility, structural, water & sewer, and facility information is uploaded into the SiteMap® Map Viewer and Digital Plan Room. Our Virtual Tours allow you to virtually walk-through a site or facility in minutes, take measurements, estimate clearances and distances, and add notes.

You could have a severe leak in your water system and not even know it. Water loss is so common that researchers at the American Water Works Association estimate the U.S. collectively loses over two trillion gallons of water a year due to leaks within the current infrastructure. That’s enough water to submerge the island of Manhattan 300 feet underwater... 💧 Don't wait until your bill is through the roof to get your system inspected for active leaks. Contact our nationwide team of GPRS Leak Detection Project Managers today to proactively address these issues by clicking the link in the comments below. #GPRS #LeakDetection #WaterLeak #Water #Utilities

GPRS Area Manager Justin Wright was once charged by a hippo while in Africa. “I had a machine gun, but all I could think to do was dive in the river… I got 5 leeches for my efforts.” Justin hasn’t had to face charging hippos in his 6 years with GPRS, and that’s one of many reasons why he’s enjoyed his time here. “My favorite part about GPRS is working with a focused and talented team who cares for each other’s personal and professional success.” Cheers to 6 years, Justin!

Stephen Rochholz seemingly did a little bit of everything before joining GPRS as a Project Manager a year and a half ago. “I have been a Certified Medical Assistant, Machinist, Hazmat Emergency Spill Site Tech, Warehouse Manager, Heavy Equipment Operator, Construction Grunt up to Forman, and a U.S. Army Soldier. I was blessed with two daughters, so I actually took on being a Girl Scout Leader during my oldest daughter’s elementary years. I had one of the largest troops in Kalamazoo County. I was also an assistant coach for five of Portage Township Schools’ combined archery team.” With such a diverse background and skillset, it’s no surprise that Stephen found joy in the ever-changing role of a GPRS Project Manager. “The two biggest things that I enjoy the most about GPRS are the fact that almost every day, work is somewhere new, and that I'm able to do my job and be trusted without a huge handbook of overbearing rules with someone looking over your shoulder.” Thank you for being such a valuable part of our team, Stephen!
