It's not too late to apply for college scholarships, or even for school. Don't know where to look first? Going Merry by Earnest is a great place to start. Read more in USA TODAY. 📰 https://lnkd.in/gySS77q8
Going Merry is a one-stop financial aid application platform. Students answer 12 questions and then apply directly to the federal aid, state aid, and private scholarships that we match them to. Going Merry started as a graduate research project at Stanford University into how we could simplify scholarship applications. As a team, we all relied on scholarships and other financial aid to pay for college. We come together from different backgrounds and skill sets but share the same mission: to give every student truly equal access to life-changing education. For more information, this New York Times OpEd by our cofounder and CEO explains the problem we are focused on solving: https://www.nytimes.com/2020/06/30/opinion/college-financial-aid.html
