We would like to welcome Stan Bobowski to the GMX Real Estate Group team! Stan joined GMX in 2024 as a Senior Director of Acquisitions & Leasing. Stan will work closely with the Executive Team, brokers, and GMX's expanding portfolio of national clients on performing due diligence as it pertains to site selection and discovering new acquisition opportunities across the country. He prepares and negotiates contracts, builds and reviews proformas to determine project feasibility, evaluates entitlement processes, and works with third-party consultants to assist in the accurate execution of project timelines and budgets. Prior to joining GMX, Stan served as Senior VP of Development at Tether Advisors. Hired to create their development program, Stan spearheaded the launch of Tether Development in 2022 and completed projects in 4 states for various medtail clients, totaling ~$10MM in total project costs. Prior to Tether, Stan spent the first 10 years of his career at InSite Real Estate where he handled all aspects of the development process from origination to delivery for expanding retail clients on both a regional and national level. Stan graduated from the University of San Diego, where he played college football and double majored in both Finance and Real Estate. In his spare time, you will most likely find Stan spending time outdoors – fishing, hunting, golfing, etc.

We would like to welcome Trent Deighan to the GMX Real Estate Group team! Trent joined GMX in February of 2024 as a Real Estate Manager. Trent will be working closely with the Executive Team, brokers, and GMX's expanding portfolio of national clients on performing due diligence as it pertains to site selection and discovering new acquisition opportunities across the country. Prior to joining GMX, Trent worked in a similar role at InSite Real Estate for 2.5 years. During his time at InSite, Trent specialized in site selection for various retail clients including QSR's, c-stores, and big box users in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast specifically. Prior to InSite, Trent worked in logistical sales for UPS for ~1.5 years, where he focused on managing clients in Western NY. Trent graduated from the University of Georgia, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Supply Chain Emphasis. A Georgia native, Trent is an avid Atlanta sports fan, but you can still find him at Wrigley Field on a summer day. In his spare time, you can catch Trent watching baseball, hanging at Lake Michigan, or finding a new recipe to cook on Friday nights with his girlfriend.

GMX would like to welcome Thomas (Tom) Cleary to the GMX Team. Tom joins us as a Senior Director of Acquisitions and Leasing. Tom will work closely with the Executive Team, brokers, and GMX's expanding portfolio of national clients on performing due diligence as it pertains to site selection and discovering new acquisition opportunities across the country. Prior to joining GMX, Tom worked at InSite Real Estate for almost 11 years, hired initially as an intern and promoted multiple times until eventually holding the title of Senior Director - Retail Property. During his tenure at InSite, Tom spearheaded acquisitions for the creation of a preferred Starbucks development account, totalling ~$30MM in project costs. Further, Tom took on various roles between site acquisition and leasing for multiple tenants including KinderCare, Mission BBQ, Verilife Dispensary, and University of Chicago Medicine. Tom graduated from University of Illinois, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Tom is recently married and has a 6-year-old corgi. In his spare time, you will more than likely find Tom exploring the outdoors, riding his motorcycle, renovating his house, or at a concert.

Todd joins us brining an expertise seasoned throughout a career defined by commitment, creativity, management, and heightened professionalism. Todd’s unique career experiences began with his 2002 graduation from the Untied States Military Academy at West Point before serving our Country by commanding a tank platoon and training allied soldiers in Mosul, Iraq. Bringing this mentality to civilian life, Todd managed $120 MM in capital for Kroger’s store and fuel facility development, renovation, and expansion which impacted over a quarter of the chain’s 145 locations. Working with Pilot Travel Centers, he effectuated the entitlement, permitting, and construction of seven brand-new outlets. Most recently,. Todd oversaw the Thornton’s-BP transition phase and helped triple the company’s new store growth program. Today, Todd lives in Iowa City, IA with his three children in addition to his Australian Shepherd, Augie.
