Last week GMSC recognized four Security Officers for outstanding work in the PENN District. The recognitions included 1) excellence in hospitality and professional, 2) outstanding performance and commitent, 3) rapidly extinguishing a fire that prevented injuries and limited damage, and 4) routinely addressing quality of life issues around an officer’s post, to include verbal de-escalation during an encounter that could have escalated.
