5 years, 12 studios, and 300,000 facials later, Glowbar officially turns the BIG 5️⃣✨ On June 12th, 2019, we opened the doors to our first studio, Glowbar Tribeca. Since then, we’ve been able to help thousands of people across the northeast feel confident in their skin. With our recent Prospect Heights opening, Glowbar now has 12 studios across four northeast states: New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania! We’re also excited to announce that we’re bringing our signature 30-minute facials to two new cities later this year, Boston and D.C. As we expand into new markets beyond the northeast in 2025, we’re excited to chat with anyone who has a passion for helping people feel confident in their skin and providing best-in-class hospitality — Estheticians, Studio Guides (Front Desk) and Management. We are thrilled to announce our Q1 Glow Getter award winners to Laura Morse, Marketing Marketing, Nick Lujan, Lead Esthetician, and Rebecca Pinda, newly promoted Studio Manager. The Glow Getter award is a peer-nominated award given to recognize individuals of Team Glowbar who go above and beyond demonstrating Glowbar values. ✨ Laura is our first ever HQ Glow Getter recipient! As someone who has been at Glowbar from the very beginning, Laura’s ENTHUSIASM has never gone unnoticed. She is always the first to volunteer for a new project, lend a helping hand to her co-workers, and brings passion to everything she touches. ✨ Nick’s DRIVE has led him to create training materials to further his understanding on Glowbar protocols and product knowledge. His growth month over month is not only quantifiable, but evident in how his peers rely on him. ✨ Becca exudes passion for all areas of Glowbar. She is OUTGOING and is always happy to lend support for brand events in and out of her home studio. Hello, Boston! We’re making way back to our roots 😉 Our Manager of Education, Emma Smith, and VP of People, Allison Ginsberg, had an incredible visit at Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics to speak with upcoming grads about what it's like to work at Glowbar and share interview tips. This is an extra special visit for us as our founder and CEO, Rachel Liverman is a third-generation esthetician of her grandmother, Catherine Hinds. Congrats to all of the upcoming graduates, we’re so excited to see you glow! ✨
