GlobalPlatform unveils new security solutions to simplify the deployment of the EUDI Wallet and announces details of 2024 eID Wallet Seminar in Brussels. A little over a week ago, we held the first Cybersecurity Vehicle Forum of the 2024 series in Detroit, MI, in partnership with AutoTech: Detroit (AutoTech: Events). We welcomed representatives and participants from automotive OEMs, Tier 1 automotive suppliers, SoC hardware suppliers and semiconductor IP suppliers. Through individual presentations and robust panel discussions, we explored the current and future landscape of automotive cybersecurity including standardization, hardware protected security environments, security use cases for software defined vehicles and SESIP certification for automotive. We look forward to continuing the discussion at our next Cybersecurity Vehicle Forum events planned for Japan and Europe this fall.
