Leading kratom scientists published a statement on the proliferation of 7-OH and mitragynine pseudoindoxyl products in the US. Importantly they state that: “Such products should not be scientifically considered or commercially categorized as kratom or as a kratom product. Companies making claims that such products are “kratom products” should not be considered to be making credible or factual claims. Instead, any such product is subject to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) process for drug approval as established in the Food, Drugs, and Cosmetic Act.” Read the full statement here: https://buff.ly/3XiFyyA
