    Partner Adam Polk attended the 2024 ABA Litigation Section Annual Conference in Washington, DC! Adam moderated the “A Class Action in Three Acts” panel alongside speakers Tanya Green, Jeffrey Klenk, Erica Lai, and Jason Rathod. They discussed a real class action from start to finish through the perspectives of a plaintiff’s lawyer, defense lawyer, and in-house counsel.     Today, at the Trial Lawyers of Mass Torts conference in Park City, Utah, Lieff Cabraser attorneys Kelly McNabb, Caitlin Woods, and Faith Lewis participated in a discussion on the "Associate Perspective on Mass Litigation," with Kelly serving as the moderator. The panel also featured contributions from Mildred Conroy, Hannah Pfeifler, and William Smith. Additionally, Lieff Cabraser partner Sarah London spoke on a panel titled "Putting the 'Lead' in Leadership Appointments: Tips and Tools for Leading Strong, Successful, and Inclusive Teams." Joining her were Sheila Birnbaum, Dena C. Sharp, and Laney Whitcanack.
