Last week, Girard Sharp, along with co-counsel at Lowey Dannenberg, P.C., Korein Tillery P.C., and Robins Kaplan LLP, was appointed interim lead counsel in litigation arising from unlawful agreements between some of the largest tire companies, including Goodyear, Michelin, and Bridgestone, to artificially increase tire prices for millions of Americans. Girard Sharp represents consumers who purchased new replacement tires directly from the Defendants. Partner Adam Polk attended the 2024 ABA Litigation Section Annual Conference in Washington, DC! Adam moderated the “A Class Action in Three Acts” panel alongside speakers Tanya Green, Jeffrey Klenk, Erica Lai, and Jason Rathod. They discussed a real class action from start to finish through the perspectives of a plaintiff’s lawyer, defense lawyer, and in-house counsel.
