Since its inception in 2018, Giggs Capital is establishing its reputation as a leading UK property development firm. Our investment objective is to provide shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital and income growth, from a portfolio of UK residential homes, diversified by tenant, geography, and resident payment profile. We only invest in homes with significant development opportunity or untapped potential. We are not interested in the finished article. Our two cash-yield chasing co-founders have a wealth of investment experience across investment banking, venture capital and large multi-billion dollar investment funds. The pair now focus on bricks and mortar, investing in residential property and alternative real estate only – whilst utilising their proprietary adapted valuation techniques, within the established methods of: build-up, income and sales comparison.
