    Partner and Team Europe co-founder BJ Wright recently celebrated ten years at ghSMART. Read below why BJ is still “having fun” after a decade:   “Why have I stayed at ghSMART for a decade?! On reflection, I think I’ve stayed at ghSMART for the journey and the surprises along the way! I joined in Philadelphia on the promise of learning a new skill around leadership advisory and working with great clients/colleagues within a ‘freedom and flexibility’ model. I planned to stay there, but in 2016, I came to London with Alan Foster to launch our first international office. Since then, we’ve grown 20x in Europe (people, revenues, etc.) and the chance to be a mini entrepreneur was unexpected and challenging and fun!   “I learn a ton from working with my clients – many of whom I consider friends – and it is a constant privilege to partner with our incredible team members. We have also built a great life here – enjoying London (when the weather allows) and travelling. "I'm passionate about being the person I would have admired when I was younger. I started volunteering at my church until high school and now mentor underclassmen in college.
