This important new role will play a crucial part in aligning our company's sales operations across the board, ensuring we maintain our standards of excellence and efficiency. Nat is a thirty-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Rising through the ranks, Nat ultimately served as the senior enlisted advisor for the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, holding the esteemed position of Sergeant Major. After retiring from the USMC, Nat joined General Shale in 2000 as the Yard Supervisor. His exceptional skills were quickly recognized, leading to his promotion to Operations Manager. Although Nat initially retired in 2020, his passion for the company brought him back in 2022 as the District Sales Manager.
