His career progression from beginner to trainer and chief job site manager, including responsibilities for bidding and overseeing the entire company, underscores his expertise and dedication. Michael has been married to Andrea for over 17 years, and together they have three sons whom they have homeschooled for the past six years. Congratulations, Michael!
