Thank you Joyce Vance for sharing your wisdom, clarity, and transparency. I am taking the liberty of adding an article I wrote, not yet publish, as a supporting comment on your recent work and explanation on Project 2025. Except for the writings of Joyce Vance and a few others, why is there no concern and urgency among Americans of the dangers of Project 2025? Today's world is divided by two diametrically opposite plans. 1. Democracy = "Of the people, by the people, for the people" Abraham Lincoln. "The power of the people" is a way of governing which depends on the will of the people. 2. Dictatorship = “A form of government in which one person or small group possesses absolute power without constitutional limitations.” Why are we not shouting from the rooftops about the extreme dangers of this cruel manifesto, camouflaged as the platform and roadmap for the GOP presumptive nominee? Project 2025 is a step-by-step action-plan for the “apprentice dictator,” written by the Heritage Foundation in 2022, 100 years after the 1st draft of the similar racist and xenophobic “ “Mein Kampf”. The only difference between “Project 2025” and its precursor “Mein Kampf” is 100 years. We must be concerned about the looming danger of taking an extreme right turn in to a perilous future. Please make it a priority to read and understand the evil and cruel intentions of this bizarre plan, which will bring us back a full century, or more, instead of advancing our society. There are many specific racist, hateful, immoral, and cruel intention in the plan by the few for the few. I will share one of the most demonic and unkind goals of this 21-century version of “Mein Kampf” light. Project 2025 will criminalize being poor and poverty. Yes, being poor under the dictatorship of the right will be a crime. Well, since I am poor, through no fault of my own, I will be one of 100 plus million Americans, who live at, or below the poverty level, and therefore a criminal according to Project 2025. Please do not allow the destruction of our society that will also be the demise of democracy, and the elimination of the rule-of-law. We do not want, do not need, did not vote for, or choose to be ruled by a dictator and a plan conceived by a very small minority of extreme right-wing ideologs. The plan to favor the few, the special interests of the ultra-rich, the religious (NOT) extremist, intends to subjugate the rest of us, most of the populations, to an unstable dictator, is not what the founders and framers of the US Constitution intended. If you have any doubt, please read both documents. Please know that you have a voice, we all have a voice, and collectively we will be a united voice for democracy, freedom, civil rights, and human rights. Please vote, please reject the dictatorship and the plans of the few. We only have 120 days to save Democracy. Reject dictatorship and expose the Project 2025. Please exercise your civic duty. Vote! Humbly, Francesco C. Leboffe

Great share, Juliet Funt. I believe asking "Why" leads to enhanced problem solving as defined by https://lnkd.in/gT-8wfsJ "The 5 Whys Approach is a problem-solving technique that helps identify the root cause of an issue by asking “why” 5 times to dive deeper into the layers of the problem." #leadership #management
