🤔 Ever wondered how customers pay for our waters at checkout? It's a common question we receive! 💧 After filling up with one of our waters, customers head to the checkout line. There, they simply let the cashiers know the size of their bottle and the type of water they refilled with. Let us know if you have any questions about the checkout process.

🤝Meet the Faces Behind FreshPure Waters. We’ll be introducing and shining the spotlight on some of the incredible people who make up our dedicated and (hydrated) team. Say hello to Carolyn! She has been working at FreshPure Waters for 5 years. “I love everyone in the company, and that it feels like a family. I love that we produce an exceptional product. We care about the environment and are always looking for ways to improve.” Carolyn stays hydrated at work by keeping her reusable water bottle full at her desk. Is this just greenwashing? We get it. Nowadays, it seems like every company is making a "we're green" claim. It can be hard to find the facts amidst all the fiction. We want to be crystal clear with our claims (just like our waters 😉 ). So let’s dive into what Water Neutral™ means. In order for us to operate as a Water Neutral™ company we must offset 100% of the natural resources we use through conservation and restoration projects. So what does this look like? First we track our usage. FreshPure Waters has both a water footprint and a carbon footprint from the resources we use to run our filtration and vending systems. We add them up. Next we need to identify areas in need. This is where we collaborate with the Bonneville Environmental Foundation to target freshwater areas in need of conservation and restoration. Like them, we believe that our water, climate and energy challenges are urgent and solvable. And finally we purchase carbon and water credits to offset our usage and direct our efforts to watersheds in the American West.
