Fora Health provides treatment, care and advocacy for all who are affected by substance use disorder.

About us

Fora Health Treatment & Recovery formerly De Paul Treatment Centers is a healthcare nonprofit providing treatment, care, and advocacy for all who are affected by substance use disorder. Fora Health builds on De Paul's nearly five decades of experience and excellence delivering individualized care plans to support people and families in recovery. The new name is a renewed promise to our region, to offer exceptional, comprehensive care while also introducing an unmatched facility, deepening long-standing partnerships, and engaging the public in education and advocacy. Fora Health provides drug and alcohol treatment to men, women, youth, and families. We offer a full continuum of care that includes medical detox, residential, day treatment and outpatient programs, peer recovery mentors, family therapy, and treatment of co-occurring mental health disorders. We use comprehensive, culturally appropriate, and evidence-based practices that help individuals and families stabilize, reconnect and heal. Fora Health views addiction as a complex, chronic and treatable disease. We believe that all individuals have within them the innate health and capacity to recover. Fora Health’s programs are nationally accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Updates

  • Fora Health was thrilled to host our annual meeting last Thursday to share about all the exciting work we've been doing and honor the exceptional accomplishments of our community partners. Thank you to everyone who came! Here are 1. Donor of the Year: Diane & Richard Van Grunsven. The Van Grunsvens have been long-time supporters of treatment in our community and De Paul/Fora Health. They have inspired generosity at events, and supported initiatives that translated directly to saving lives! In particular, we are so grateful for their significant and generous support to help Fora Health build our facility! 2. Donor of the Year: Trillium Community Health Plan. This year, we have been able to start an amazing life-changing program at Fora Health through Trillium Community Health Plans’ Community Benefits Initiative. These strategic investments are rooted in Trillium’s commitment to improve health outcomes and address fundamental social factors impacting health, such as stable housing, food security, social support, and educational opportunities. 3. Community Partner of the Year: Washington County Oregon/Kathy Prenevost. Washington County as a whole has been so supportive of our Hillsboro office – creating partnerships and providing funding to support our work. Kathy has been a big advocate for Fora Health and started the conversations and continued to cheerlead endeavors to get 3.7 covered by Open Card, Indigent funding for DUII services and supported our efforts to get bi-lingual staff. 4. Community Partner of the Year: Transcending Hope. Fora Health. We are excited to announce that we working collaboratively to create a Fora Health Sober Living House with Transcending Hope! We know this will support patients in the early days of their recovery journey, alleviate anxiety and provide a smooth transition. We can’t wait!
