Really proud of these two guys; Asa Bielenberg and Nayan Shukla ! Their last two years of market analysis, pre engineering work and collaboration with various farmers culminated the last two days at the Regenerative Agriculture Alliance’s Poultry Convergence Conferece. It’s great to see our FoodOps LLC team moving out of our normal food and beverage comfort zone into areas like farming and agriculture. We look forward to continuing to bridge the farm to fork gap to make it more accessible and affordable throughout the supply chain.

Congratulations to Shamus O'Meara and the Highland Popcorn team. His new business, which supports people of intellectual and developmental disabilities, was covered on WCCO | CBS News Minnesota last night. It was a wonderful local project and I'm glad our FoodOps LLC team members could support the commercialization.
