Pictured below - One of our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) boxes from our eat! online ordering program, sourced from the Hollywood Farmers' Market on Sunday. Some customers added on bread from Bub and Grandma's or eggs from Lily's Eggs. We had a great mix of produce from Carranza Family Farm, Tutti Frutti Farms, TD Farms, Sycamore Hill, Kens Top Notch Produce, Vang Farming Ventures, and Sunrise Organic Farm 🌱 Thank you to everyone who supported our summer CSA! Great news! Funding for the California Nutrition Incentive Program (also known as CNIP or Market Match) has been tentatively reinstated in the CA 2024-2025 budget but we still need your help to make sure Governor Newsom keeps CNIP funded in the final budget. Final decisions will be made this week so it's vital to voice your support TODAY. Thank you to everyone who has supported so far! There is still time to get involved, if you signed the last email, please sign this one too. This email will go to the governor and representatives who weren't reached last time. Here's how you can help in two easy steps: 1. Continue to Flood the Gov's inbox using Next Gen Policy's pre-written message tool. It takes 30 seconds! https://lnkd.in/gsUfYc6K 2. Help spread that word. Forward this post to friends and family and let them know our voices matter, and together we can help protect Market Match funding! Thank you so much for your support!
