About us
Since 1981, Food Finders Food Bank has been a critical component of the welfare of Tippecanoe and 15 surrounding counties, providing food to 120 Partner Agencies, advocating for the hungry and educating the public about hunger related issues. Food Finders Food Bank collaborates with other organizations to provide food for people in need and to educate, advocate and address food insecurity in North Central Indiana. Funded by United Way, foundations, grants, USDA, corporations, sponsors and individual donors, Food Finders distributes more than nine million pounds of food annually to a network of non-profit organizations that work to alleviate hunger throughout North Central Indiana. Current programs include: Agency Partner, BackPack, Summer Food Service, Mobile Pantry, Senior Grocery, Education, Resource Coordination and the J.P. Lisack Community Food Pantry.

Food Finders’ Mobile Pantry directly serves people facing hunger in areas where food is needed to supplement other hunger relief agencies. Today, Duke Energy is at Food Finders Fresh Market, offering assistance with billing questions and information on electric bill management programs, energy assistance funds, and energy efficiency programs. Food Finders recently received a grant from Duke Energy to make products such as milk, cream cheese, and beef available on December 12 on a first come, first served basis. "We want to help make sure that families visiting the food bank have access to basic staples during the holidays," said Dagny Zupin, Duke Energy government and community relations manager. A record-breaking night ‼️ Our fans donated 15,850 pounds of food on Monday night for the Lafayette-area Food Finders Food Bank, Inc. and ACE Campus Food Pantry. For reference, the Boilermaker Special -- the world's heaviest college mascot -- weighs roughly 13,000 pounds. 🚂 In addition, we received $3,800 in online donations to help the cause!
