According to new data from the Census Bureau, construction spending declined between April and May. However, the data doesn't tell the whole story. In an interview with Marketplace by APM, FMI Partner Jay Bowman explains that the decline is predominantly in the residential sector and areas of the industry with public funding (such as infrastructure) are doing well.
