The 2024 Paris Games mark the 10th Olympics for FINN’s Consumer Lifestyle and Sports team! Dating back to the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, the team has worked with some of the biggest Olympians of our time, elevated brands’ sponsorships and NGB organizations’ missions, and introduced new sports to the world, including snowboarding, freeskiing, BMX and surfing as they made their Olympic debuts. Summer, we're still waiting....☔ 🌧 🌡 Dole Sunshine Company revealed the nation’s wackiest snacking habits, leading to a full front page in the Daily Star, phone-ins with Jeremy Vine on 5 and ITV's This Morning and more. 🍍 The World's 50 Best Restaurants team headed to Las Vegas for another successful awards announcement. Several days managing talent, media, influencers and events resulted in fab client feedback and thousands of pieces of coverage. 🍽 For Ladbrokes, we created a football themed hat to celebrate the Euros, which was debuted at Royal Ascot and modelled by Lisa Snowden, which resulted in a clean-sweep of the nationals. ⚽ Working with client, Waitrose & Partners, a party to celebrate two years of the brand’s epic podcast, Dish, took place at Cafe Murano, hosted by Nick Grimshaw and Angela Hartnett. Media, influencers and talent enjoyed food created by Angela’s team, plus wine, cheese and goodie bags provided by Waitrose. 🧀 We celebrated English Wine Week with Berry Bros. & Rudd, organising a dinner with VIP media. Emma Fox CEO of Berry Bros. & Rudd and James Osborn, Managing Director of Hambledon Vineyard, hosted, showcasing a variety of incredible English wines. Coverage included a full front page in City AM. 🍷 To celebrate Lakeland's 60th birthday, we arranged for the legendary wendy miranda, Lakeland's customer ambassador, to appear on This Morning and share her fave Lakeland gadgets. Awesome, money-can't-buy coverage. 📺 Singer-songwriter extraordinaire, Kamille, headed to Hobbycraft Wimbledon to record a version of her latest single, Headline, with the store team. They danced, lip-synced and had THE BEST morning. The Consumer Lifestyle and Sports team is proud to work with USA Fencing to help elevate the sport of fencing and tell athlete stories ahead of this year’s Summer Olympics and Paralympics.   This year marks the CLS team’s tenth Olympic Games, dating back to the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City! The team has worked with some of the biggest Olympians of our time including Shaun White, Bode Miller, and Carissa Moore and has elevated brands, athletes, and news sports and disciplines such as snowboarding, freeskiing, BMX and surfing as they made their Olympic debut. May at FINN Partners Global Consumer London saw us in full-on event mode, whilst still finding the time to celebrate a very special life event for one of our long-standing team members. 🎮 To celebrate the launch of @2K Topspin 2K25, UK journos headed to Paris for an awesome tennis-filled Roland-Garros experience. Meeting big names in the sport, alongside the game’s developers, coverage rolled in featuring fab on-brand imagery and landed the game’s official trailer. 🎾 🎧 Hosted an event for client Shokz to hype their new bone-conducting headphones. We created an immersive sound room, zen yoga experience and offered luxury spa treatments- all for guests to enjoy whilst wearing the new headphones. Fab social and media coverage and a brilliant day spent with a new client. 🧘 🎈 One of our longest-standing clients, Lakeland, celebrated its 60th birthday. We hosted a retrospective of catalogues from the last six decades- showcasing trends from doilies to banana guards! Every element of the event tapped into the brand’s Lake District heritage- food, drink, goodie bags, and more. Super coverage and a delicious Air Fryer cake too. Fab times. 🍰 🍕 Launched client Little Caesars Pizza's first London site, in Greenford. We saw a queue of 200+ guests hoping to secure a year of FREE PIZZA, welcomed a TV crew, local MP, and excited locals. Great coverage and we can’t wait to see what’s next for this exciting global brand. 🌍 🍜 Client wagamama launched its hotly anticipated new menu. Think epic Thai Beef Salad or Smoky Tofu & Avocado Tataki. Awesome coverage rolled in across Hypebeast, Mail Online, and more. 🥑 💒 And finally, we had a work Stag Do for the awesome John Burke who got married this weekend.
