Roxadustat, an oral medication, is the first in a new class of medicines comprising HIF-PH inhibitors and is approved in China, Europe, Japan, and numerous other countries for the treatment of anemia of chronic kidney disease. We are enjoying collaborating and connecting with colleagues at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) 2024 Annual Meeting in Chicago, where today, data will be presented from the Phase 1b dose escalation study of FG3246 (FOR46) in combination with enzalutamide in patients with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer. FG3246 is a potential first-in-class fully human antibody-drug conjugate, exclusively in-licensed from Fortis Therapeutics.
