We are delighted to announce that Nandini Agarwal has been promoted to Principal at ff Venture Capital, at a pre-partner level at the Firm. Though Nandini joined us in 2022 she has been rapidly promoted due to her exceptional performance here, and she deserves recognition for this.  She is well known in the venture and startup community and has helped many of our portfolio companies in their transition to be dominant players in their respective sectors.  Nandini is a core member of our team and someone we continue to expect great things from. ffVC was started in 2008, has invested in over 160 seed-stage startups, raised over $300mm of AUM, and participated in $3bn in aggregated exit value.  Historically, about 50% of our portfolio companies have raised a Series B and beyond, which is 5x the industry average and 10% have reached a $100mm revenue run rate.  Our current portfolio companies, excluding exits, currently employ over 4,000 people.  We have backed companies that have been game-changers in their respective industries, such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Movable Ink, Owlet, Rescale, Socure, and SureApp. Join us in congratulating Nandini on her achievement.

This week, we co-hosted a dinner with Deel and Burkland around the topic: The Future of Work in the Age of AI. We tossed questions around the table like: "Which industries will expand with AI, and which ones will disappear?" and "How will the most annoying and difficult processes (like taxes) be handled by AI when there are so many hallucinations?"
