Little preview of the #MakeItBetter podcast coming soon… Behind the scenes, this is really us testing the flow and refining the content we want to cover. It’s all about practice, practice, practice—putting in the reps. The more we do, the better we get 🎙️ Sharing this process is key. It’s not just about the end result, but the journey and the lessons learned along the way. If you can, document and share your process as well🙌 Justine Mooney Feast & Fettle

🎥 An exciting day at Feast & Fettle with the WCVB news team! 🌟 We're proud to be part of the Boston Public Health Commission's pilot program, delivering nutritious meals to postpartum families in Boston. In collaboration with Little Cocoa Bean Company, we're dedicated to improving maternal and mental health outcomes for families. Our goal is to provide meals, breastfeeding kits, and essential supplies to support a smoother recovery and bonding process for new mothers when they need it the most. Together, we're closing gaps and fostering health equity. 💖✨

Delegating to simplify life at home and in the office is a hot topic around here. So, we had an idea: why not start a podcast about it? We're currently recording 'Make it Better'—a podcast that hones in on what truly counts amidst the chaos. Will we fail, or will we succeed? Find out by getting notified when we launch: https://lnkd.in/eRZJjQSD Also, we’re doing a bit of research here. Let us know if you believe you're delegating equally at home and at work.

Yes, we have an in-house clinical social worker, and she is an invaluable asset to our team. Many organizations overlook the significance of integrating social work into their corporate structure. However, if your focus is solely on the bottom line, consider this: your team's mental health is directly linked to the operational health of your company. Investing in employee well-being is investing in your company's success.

The Joe Andruzzi Foundation team was able to visit the Feast & Fettle headquarters last week to see everything that goes on behind the scenes! Feast & Fettle generously donates and delivers meals to JAF Food Security grant recipients. We are so grateful to have them as a partner. Being able to offer one more layer of support to patients as they are going through an unimaginably difficult time is incredibly valuable. One patient recipient told us, "This could not have come at a better time. I have been struggling to eat and even prepare foods (says a former foodie), but know that I need to eat (firstly) and not drink ensures only (secondly). So to have some delicious looking meals pre cooked for me is a big treat for my family. THANK YOU." Thank you Elena David and the entire Feast & Fettle team for all that you do!

Feast & Fettle is officially 8 years old 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀 On November 8, 2017, Maggie Pearson sent me this e-mail 👇 … and I honestly don’t know what state of mind I was in at that time…but for whatever reason, I could not turn away from the prospects of building something from the ground up… From 50 members to 10,000+…. 📈 Can’t wait to see what we achieve next #LFG

We care about postpartum support for more reasons than we can count—and with all the new babies joining the F&F community, it's something we think about a lot. Join many of the parents on our team at the NAPS x F&F free virtual workshop on Managing Parental Mental Health. Nurtured by NAPS registered nurses will lead us in an interactive discussion on prenatal and postpartum mood disorders and anxiety and overwhelm at any stage—as well as support strategies, emergency resources, and tips on navigating levels of care. We hope to see you there! Register (again, for free!) at the link below and mark your calendars for May 16th. https://lnkd.in/e3zN5zYh
