Favor team members participated in our self-paced Keep Running for Change initiative in celebration of Pride Month back in June. 🏳️🌈 🏃 Team members walked and ran, volunteered in the community, and personally delivered Favors in their neighborhoods. These acts translated to donations from Favor to nonprofit organizations that support the LGBTQ+ community. Donations will be made to SAGE USA, Transgender Education Network of Texas, and allgo! We thank all the LGBTQ+ organizations out there for making a positive impact. #PrideMonth

Our Favor’s Fearless Leaders series is back! We’re excited to introduce you to Greg Aponte, Favor’s new Vice President of Data! 📈 Data is at the center of everything we do and our appetite for reporting and analysis increases each day as we continue to grow and innovate. Our data organization consists of Business Intelligence and Analytics, Data Architecture, and Data Science teams. Greg joined this talented group earlier this year and is already making a huge impact. He enjoys creative writing in his free time.   ⭐ Truett Compton, Operations Intern. He once fell into a chocolate fountain and lived to tell the tale.  ⭐ Harris Qureshi, Pricing Analyst Intern. Meet Faisal Ejaz, one of Favor’s Engineering Managers! 🤩 Fun fact: In 5th grade, Faisal was in a bicycle club and completed a week-long trip across California. Now, that’s dedication!
