Farmers recently launch a new campaign internally called, “A Day in the Life,” aimed at giving employees firsthand experience of what it’s like to be a Farmers agent and customer-facing employee. As part of “A Day in the Life,” employees across the organization and in various business units, have the opportunity to listen to customer calls and visit agent offices in an effort to help them learn about our business as a whole, better understand the customer experience, have deeper appreciation for our frontline reps and agents, and drive greater accountability – all necessary for our high-performance culture. A Day in the Life is more than just listening – it’s also about actions and outcomes.
