In November 2023, amidst immense personal challenges, I began a life-changing counseling journey. After the tragic loss of my stepson to overdose and witnessing my husband's struggle with grief and substance abuse, I knew I needed support. Despite initial hesitation, I connected with Rachel through my company's EAP on November 16th. Since then, my life has transformed in profound ways: Implementing insights from sessions to empower myself Asserting boundaries and prioritizing self-care Resolving a toxic work situation with newfound strength Setting boundaries with family, experiencing stress-free holidays for the first time in decades Gaining tools and confidence to face future challenges with resilience and grace.
