About us
Family Friendly New Mexico (FFNM) is a statewide nonprofit initiative that recognizes New Mexico businesses with family friendly policies and serves as a resource for businesses to increase and improve the policies they offer their employees. FFNM supports businesses to become family friendly and improve their family friendly practices by providing educational seminars, a toolkit with sample policies as well as peer to peer support. We encourage businesses in New Mexico with two or more employees to apply for the Family Friendly Business Award® and share your best practices with the community and receive recognition for your family friendly policies.
