Louisiana State Police recently recognized FGNO President, Doug Shipley, for FGNO's support in facilitating a four day LSP Analytical & Fusion Exchange Event. The function taught participants practices associated with intelligence analysis and strategies and techniques used in crime suppression. The classes will aid in advancing criminal intelligence operations in New Orleans and the state of Louisiana.
