As the Delaware statutory trust market has grown over the past several years, the nuances of available programs have proliferated. Dearly beloved…we are gathered here today…to get through this thing called alternative investment due diligence! The FactRight team recently completed a site inspection of Paisley Park, Prince’s home and recording studio. Our analysts found that the property had sufficient parking for a Little Red Corvette, noted that rent increases were a Sign O’ the Times, and confirmed that the senior loan does not mature until When Doves Cry. Our review of the income statement showed that the property was operating…in the Purple Rain. FactRight concluded that the investment was suitable for Delirious investors who want to party like it's 1999!
