Across the nation and in our local communities, we’re seeing more providers and health systems notifying their patients and our members about contract discussions. These renewals are typical for this time of year and there is still ample time to agree to a new contract for 2025. The excitement was electric as our employees, along with their families and friends, proudly participated in the annual Rochester Pride parade on Saturday, July 20. Tim was receiving his cancer treatment at a location that was inconvenient for him to drive to every month. Due to his medical history and lifestyle, home infusion was not a feasible option. Our team was able to find him a location that would infuse his cancer medications closer to his home.
