This will get shared a bunch I bet, but it's a good "so what?" answer by Rand Fishkin to the Google leak. I'm really interested in the value of brand mentions. Remember, being included in the leak doesn't mean the item is a ranking factor, but ignoring what's there would be a mistake IMO. Just the fact that Google is calling out and categorizing some of these things: mentions, click data, dates on articles, etc. There's plenty here to learn and test! https://lnkd.in/efBuVXgQ
